Hardware intelligence describes the shift in where industrial products create value: from what a machine can physically do to the sensors, software and data layered around it. John Deere's See & Spray shows this in practice, using cameras and machine learning to target only weeds, cutting herbicide use by nearly half across more than five million acres in 2025. Viewed as a system of systems, connected machines, software and people produce capabilities none could deliver alone. Aerovy applies this thinking for equipment makers, connecting machine data with service, dealer and business systems so AI agents can predict failures, source parts and dispatch technicians, as seen with Club Car and Inventus Power.
